1.Overview
We Elitre are BBQ components and Grill parts supplier, with profession in both electric and gas appliances including BBQ burner, Cooking grid, regulator governor.
2.Do you have any certification?
A. We have certification of CSA, UL, ISO9001 and AGA, and we keep renewing theses certifications to ensure the quality and service for our customers.
3.What trading terms do you offer?

4. What is the packing details?
A. Each item will put in a Polybag, and 3~5 polybags into a small Inner Box, then fulfill in a Big Carbon, the last step loading on the pallet.
We will make sure the good quality in packaging protection and safety of products during transportation.
5. What are the transportations?
A. You could choose by sea shipment, or by air, by express if you need in time.
6. What is the lead time for mass production?
A. In general, it should be 35-50 days for production. Due to COVID-19, it will extend to 45-60 days. However, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order, we will try our best to deliver products to you as soon as possible.
7. Do you have any warranty policy?
A. Sure, We warrant our products for a period of two years from the original invoice date, under normal use and conditions. If Any questions, please feel free to let us know!
